Removable driver backrest for V-Rod. Direct bolt-on, can be installed in a minute. This kit will give you more comfort for long rides. The adapters are bolted to the frame (behind the passenger pegs), compatible with oem passenger pegs. Please read notes and select the appropriate backrest size and options.
Driver seat protection:
If you buy this product to use as a reach seat, we suggest that you add the protective pad for the driver's seat as the backrest could rub on the seat and damage it. ( The protective pad holds with velcro and can be removed quickly. See last images.)
If you want to use the backrest as a support in the middle of the back (vertical position of the links) you will not need the protective cushion.
Note:
Compatible with V-Rod Night Rod Special 2012 and UP.
We do not recommend this product with a lowered handlebar. It would be useless if your body is tilted forward while you ride.
You can't use the passenger seat when the driver backrest is installed.
